Welcome 2012

2012 awaits with promise, hope and excitement. Changes in education policy will dictate the education provided to students and the amount of contentment educators will have with their ever changing job descriptions. How will Race to the Top change the prospective of parents, students, and educators? The new Common Core curriculum looks to provide a more cohesive education for students moving from state to state during their K-12 education. More to come in the next few days.

New Beginnings

When I left North Georgia College and State University in May 2011, I knew that my life would take a turn. What I didn't realize was what the turn would be. I have worked as an educator for several years and haven't had a lot of time for myself. Well, that is until now! I have had so much fun renewing my emotional state, my physical state, my mental state, and most importantly connecting with friends. In the coming days, I will begin posting about some of the changes that have taken effect in my life. I hope you will tune in to the fun!
